European Shipping (Spedition) GmbH was established in 1996 in Cologne and has been based at the Cologne-Bonn Airport ever since. In March 2009, it moved within the airport into the newly constructed Cologne/Bonn Cargo Center in Kriegerstrasse.

Our core business focuses on the organization of international air and sea freight transport – about 95% of this to and from overseas. You can find more information on our range of services in the air freight and sea freight sections.

We view ourselves as a partner for small and medium-sized, owner-managed companies who value personal support and direct contact.

Today, the company is managed by
Oliver Ramme and Dirk Meinicke.
Mr. Oliver Ramme is responsible, among other things, for the development of export activities and the support and continuous expansion of the network of cooperation partners around the world.
Mr. Dirk Meinicke manages the entire import business and coordinates all administrative tasks and communication with authorities.

Since ESG was founded 25 years ago we have continued to give young people the chance to become a professional in international freight forwarding business.
